This cabin style cafe is humble in appearance but boy does their coffee pack a delicious punch. On this particular day, I opted for an iced cafe latte. It was prepared with love & care & presented to me in no time. The cafe had a few seats to the side of the service window as well as inside. If you're after something sweet, the front counter is choc-a-block with goodies.
Originally Shozo cafe is from Nasu in Tochigi, also known as 1988 CAFÉ SHOZO. It was not until recently that the Tokyo branch opened up. Besides the cafe runs a small laneway which connects to an artist collective full of markets stalls, food & drink.
The whole area looked like a great place to have some afternoon cocktails with friends. There is even a vegan food truck! I believe this particular area of Tokyo renowned for its industry creatives & a few design colleges, which have influenced the creation of this commune.
